Shipping + Returns

We aim to ship every order placed within 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays. Any order placed after 12pm on a Friday may be delayed until the following Monday. All items are shipped using tracked Australia Post parcel post.

Once orders are shipped you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking details.

  • For orders OVER $250 we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING anywhere in Australia. 

  • For orders under $250 we offer EXPRESS SHIPPING at $9.95 FLAT RATE

*Please note if you are located in WA or SA EXPRESS shipping may take a little longer.

*Please note as the customer it is your responsibly to ensure correct shipping address at time of checkout. If for some reason a mistake was made during the checkout process please email us directly as soon as possible. We will aim to contact the delivery service to make an amendment where possible but note this may not always be able to be rectified. We take no responsibility for any delayed, returned to sender or lost parcels from errors made at checkout or on behalf of Australia Post.


If you have a change of mind Saskia Home | Gifts | You will offer a store credit or exchange only. 

Our returns policy is 14 days from date of purchase and any returns received after this time will not be accepted for any of the above compensation.

To be eligible for a return, every purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note gifts cards are non refundable, much like sale items as outlined below.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please contact us directly via email or by calling the store directly.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Saskia Home | Gifts | You holds no responsibility for any return shipping, if you deem your product unsatisfactory it will be your responsibility to pay the return postage to our store.


We understand buying clothing online can sometimes be tricky. However with all our sale items we ask that you read the description and size selection carefully before making any purchase as we DO NOT offer refunds, store credit or exchange on any items that are purchased on sale.

If applicable there may be certain situations where only partial refund is granted such as

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

As we are a small boutique we hand pick each and every item packed and sent to you with great care. With every item we send out we take meticulous care in ensuring there are no faults on any item, however we understand sometime there may be something overlooked. If you do find a fault with any item purchased please contact us direct by emailing to discuss a suitable replacement or refund if deemed valid.
